Healthy Inspirations Recipe of the Week – BBQ Beef

  • 480g fillet steak
  • 3 Tbsp tomato juice
  • 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 4 Tbsp wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

 Method

  1. Put steak in a plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over meat and marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.
  2. BBQ when ready and serve with green salad
