Core Strength & Stability

 
With all workouts it is important to switch your core on and keep it switched on.  Classes such as Body Balance, Boxing, & PUMP  are great for building core strength.   When visiting the Coffs Coast Health Club just ask a staff member to advise on core exercises.  Remember you can strengthen your core anytime, anywhere…when doing your day to day tasks  “keep your core switched on!”  Your body will thank you.
Right now whatever you are doing, draw your naval to your spine, and keep it there!
